A passionate visionary, visual artist, writer, musician, and content creator, Maile Sundquist, through her philosophies of life, the arts, and community events, strives to foster wonder, hope, and creative inspiration in the lives of others so they can live their best life and make their best art.

When she's not trying to change the world or at Zulu's Board Game Cafe in Lynnwood, you can find Maile writing and illustrating her books at local teahouses, drumming and dancing in drum circles, attending cultural/arts/music festivals, beach-combing, birding, singing and playing songs with friends around a bonfire, learning something new, gardening, volunteering at church and in her community, celebrating the seasons, dreaming under the full moon, finding or creating reasons to laugh, digitally composing and recording songs to share with the world one day, and enjoying life with her beloved husband and son.

Shades of Plaid

Shades of plaid is the dynamic indie-country-pop duo made up of vocalist Brianna Russell and producer/multi-instrumentalist Kyle Russell.
